StressDepression and stress two sides of the same coin. The life of every living organism from amoeba to human beings are governed primarily by two movements bioenergy:
A centrifugal force that tends toward the expansion and the other, the centripetal, which tends towards contraction.
From conception bioenergetics, the health of a living being is governed by the relationship between these two movements.

What happens when these two forces are altered?
The following describes this disharmony extrapolating these two basic movements of native life, made the two forms of psycho pathology currently more widespread in “civilized” world, depression and stress.

We are inclined to think that the common cause of depression and stress is the inability to assimilate external and internal danger, respectively. This helplessness causes emotional trauma, which causes the breakdown of self. This is threatened and void, interrupting the continuity in the body bioenergetics (psychosomatic). So no wonder you see the fear and anguish, with different defensive ways of survival. Depression and stress are both instinctive survival trends used in our modern life and work seem so polar. Human civilization has reached a technological and industrial development that requires people to an uncontrollable desire for consumption.

The depressive states, inter alia, lack of interest in everything, can not connect to anything that excited and lose the taste for things in a society that invades lifestyle options with just one click on your computer.
